About the Owner

Matthew Manus is a Charlotte native and started M1 Property Group in January 2015. Originally a structural engineer in the nuclear sector, Matthew grew tired of constantly traveling from site to site and being away from home. Matthew has been a NC licensed general contractor since 2004 and has been a NC/SC licensed Professional Engineer since 2014. About Waxhaw, NC

The Town of Waxhaw is located only 20 minutes from south Charlotte and approximately three miles from the South Carolina state line. Waxhaw is in the Piedmont region of North Carolina, which is a wooded area with rolling hills.
