Hey! Over here ☺ My name is Matthew Manus, and I am the owner of M1 Property Group. Thanks for taking the time to visit our website!

In January 2015 I decided to start this company and apply my background to buying fixer-uppers and turning them into the best house in the neighborhood. I have been a licensed NC general contractor since 2004, a NC/SC licensed Professional Engineer since 2014, and a certified Project Management Professional since 2015. With this background, I am not afraid of a property that needs work!

I was born and raised in Charlotte and I am very familiar with the local markets. You will be dealing directly with me if you are interested in getting a free offer on your property.
